Fizzy Milk Bath Bomb
Bath Bombs are like giant fizzies that spin and twirl in your tub as they dissolve in bath water to create a super smelling bath.
The recipe for Fizzy Milk Bath Bombs produces a wonderful skin softening bath soak.
1 c. baking soda
1/2 c. citric acid
1/2 c. corn starch
1/3 c. epsom salts (finely ground)
1/4 c. powdered milk
2 Tblsp olive oil
2 tsp melted cocoa butter
1 tsp fragrance or essential oil
3-7 tsp water/witch hazel blend (mixed in a 1:1 ratio in a spray bottle)
Bath bomb mold
Mix all of the dry ingredients together thoroughly. Drizzle the olive oil, melted cocoa butter and fragrance/essential oil over the dry mix.
Continue mixing together with your hands, and then spray with the witch hazel/water blend until the mixture reaches the right consistency and starts sticking together. If you add too much of the witch hazel solution, the bath bomb will begin to fizz! Quickly push the mixture into your favorite bath bomb molds. Tje harder you pack the molds, the more durable and dense your finished bath bombs will be.
Let the mixture settle for 4 - 5 minutes in the mold, then tap them out. Let the bath bombs air dry for 4 - 6 hours, then package them for yourself or for gift giving.
